I'm Dragana (why is there a dragon as my logotype? ;)), a product designer with a big passion to crafting innovative solutions that enhance our daily experiences.
Currently I work as a senior product consultant in agile product teams in which I establish streamlined workflows from a design perspective whilst employing agile methodologies. My focus is on gathering and analysing qualitative and quantitative data in order to drive higher customer satisfaction and business success.
Collaborated with notable Scandinavian clients such as Alfa Laval, Elkjøp and IKEA, immersing myself in agile-driven product teams throughout the entire lifecycle from discovery to product release.
I strongly advocate for knowledge sharing within the product teams that I join and also with my colleagues - I ofter prepare presentations internally and externally about various topics related to design field (see below).
Furthermore, I am invested in initiatives aimed at empowering women in technology, particularly in facilitating their transition from university to their first job, where I help them as a mentor.
